Description
Quicksand in the Fujin Desert is not visibly recognizable and is more camouflaged than traditional quicksand. Only darker patches of sand point out the danger. Young Shaya, four years old, had gone out for a trek in the hot desert only to unfortunately stumble into the swallowing sand, which is what the desert quicksand is notoriously known as due to not even Catas Tribe natives daring to explore the desert. Will the warm sand consume the little girl completely? Or can she be saved somehow?

Technique ImpactOAO Poor girl! Her reaction is scaring me. I can just hear her screams. >_< Like how you draw the sand and the background. Very cartoonish. :>
Here is a list of things you can improve on:
- The eyes should be wider apart (at least an eye's length) in order for it to be realistically proportional.
- The position of the hand looks weird. It looks like it should be either reversed or have more details if it's meant to be the back of a hand.
- The line art looks very consistent in size. Don't. Try to draw it with pen pressure, it would make the whole drawing look very lively! Here's a tutorial: sakon04.deviantart.com/art/Tut…
- Why not add some shading to the skin?
