Description
My first commission on deviantART ever.
A desperate escape from the evil Catas Tribe natives leads Kiri to stumble and plunge into a swamp. Kiri could not swim, so she sank deeper and deeper into the dark and gloomy depths of the flooded Samsara Jungle. Fearing for her life, Kiri cried for help several times over, but only ended up swallowing water. And as she drifted down closer to the murky bottom, it seemed that some seaweed was ready to give her an underwater burial. Has Kiri evading the natives led her to an early watery grave? Or is it still not too late to save this poor little girl?

Overall
Vision Originality
Technique ImpactI really like this piece, but there are some things you could improve.
First, I think that since the anatomy is great, you could try more prominent shading, instead of minimal.
Second, I think that some pats of the hair, the little seaweed down there, and the seaweed in the background could use some work. I say think because parts of those things seem a little shaky/unsmooth, next time you could check to make sure those things look their best.
Third, while I don't know what program you're using, I think a gradient would be good for the background, even if it's subtle.
Fourth, I think that the opacity of the bubbles and her breath needs to go down. With transparency, it will make them look more realistic and pleasant to the eye.
Other than that, I really like this, and would like to see what art you produce in the future.
