Can comedy based on misery go too far? I may not have seen the original cartoon The Loud House, but from looking into the main character, Lincoln Loud, I took an interest in reading fan fiction and looking into fan art, particularly any that has challenges for Lincoln to overcome, like out of a Don Bluth film. Some I've considered Top 10 Material, such as "A Dark House: Inadequate", both the current version online and its alternate ending, and "Gal Pals", which is easily one of the best I've read so far in my opinion. Whenever I go back to looking at chapters, in my mind's eye, I can imagine the characters in their roles and even hear some of their voices play in my head... or at least imagine what they sound like, since I never saw the cartoon.

Long story short, I have strongly considered putting together a comic or graphic novel adaptation of "Gal Pals", originally written by Alexpv22 on Fanfiction.net and requested by user crafordbrian17 as well as taking a page from the Season 2 finale of The Amazing World of Gumball. As an adaptation, it would be based on the fanfic, meaning changes would be made and creative liberties would be taken, but it would be my intention that these would not affect the overall story. All the events from beginning to end would happen without interruption or intervening.

It's gonna take a lot of drawings and research should I go through with the idea, even more so because I haven't seen the cartoon, but the reference I have will be the original fanfic, as it brings up a lot of events that happened in the series, particularly Lincoln's misfortunes and from what I assume, the first four seasons. I'd also ask to be paid to do this kind of work, so I'll put up my idea on my Patreon page as well. So I've compiled a list of all changes and creative liberties for each and every chapter, hoping to tone things down so that instead of just having an M rating, the adaptation would be able to be viewed by...

With that said, take a look and decide if this is worth the painstaking effort...and my time. It's highly recommended that you read the fanfic first, of course. Overall Story

- Lincoln, Carol, and Jordan's mom will be considered the main characters.

- The art style will be similar to that of JaviSuzumiya and Parasomnico, as both seem to do a good job of getting down the art style of the original cartoon as if it was a Drama genre.

- Lily could have more hair to have more resemblance to how some fandoms portray older incarnations of her.

- Girl Jordan's dad will bear a resemblance to how KHXhero portrays him, but he will also resemble a younger Sojiro Sakura from Persona 5, mostly trying to be a "Take That!" because in all brutal honesty, I do NOT like the way KHXhero portrays Jordan's dad and what he did to him AT ALL.

- Haiku is supposedly the same age as Lucy, but as part of the Gal Pals anthology, she will still graduate from elementary school alongside Lincoln. She would still be considered the youngest of the Gal Pals, though. - As with The Loud House Movie, the story takes place between Seasons 4 and 5, as it ends with Lincoln graduating elementary school.

- Fight scenes will be dramatically toned down from how they are described in the fanfic. - Strong language will be removed entirely, but perhaps one or two bits of mild language may still be present. - Some dialogue will be reworded, altered, or changed. Extra dialogue will be added. - Wherever necessary, characters who are normally unnamed in the original cartoon will stay unnamed. The unnamed photography girl from "Middle Men" is very relevant to the story, so she'll still be named Phoebe.

- One set of parents would resemble Riley's parents from Disney Pixar's Inside Out, Dana's parents perhaps.

- Certain panel drawings will be used several times to save time, work, and energy. - Text messages will be shown the way the IM app is used in Persona 5.

- Shout-outs and nods to several movies and video games will be made, such as dialogue and drawings. Nods to other The Loud House fan fiction will be made, be it scenes, characters, roles, and such. - Several times, Lincoln thinks he should have stayed at home, as well as Lynn Jr. saying he should have faced the chaos like a man, but it will be noted that he technically endured the Sister Fight Protocol for Monday evening up until Friday evening and still had to go to school along with his sisters.

- Lucy should at one point have her eyes revealed based on fan art interpretations. - Tanya and Omar, the adopted children of Officer Gail Simmons, may make cameo appearances. Chapter 1: A Rough Night

- I'm considering the idea that Lincoln would be wearing the squirrel mascot costume at Lori's golf game, as Lincoln's sunburn and skin rash revealed in the next chapter seems more recent than a Season 2 episode and what helps is that he got the sunburn on a second beach day when he was forced to wear the costume. As such, Carol could mention that she thought she spotted a squirrel costume while golfing, only to react in shock realizing that it was Lincoln wearing it. Assuming the sunburn is combined with a skin rash to make his back and torso look nasty, there's no way Lincoln could have it for months and still be fine. According to Royal Oaks School Calendars, Spring Break seems to be scheduled during the first full week of April, so Lincoln could have gotten the sunburn on the weekend before Lori's golf game, roughly mid-March. - When Lincoln starts wandering downtown, the time will be 6:30 P.M. instead of 8:30 P.M. This is done to fix the time errors in this chapter and the next. - Carol brings up her first acquaintance with Lincoln, when he brought her to his house to replace Lori for a family photo in "Picture Perfect". Chapter 2: Games, Grub, Girls, and Gab Sessions

- Cici and the unnamed photography girl (Phoebe) will NOT bring up their bad incidents with Lincoln and Clyde upon eyeing Lincoln, as "Middle Men" ended with the boys on good terms with those few middle school students. Instead, they'll look to the 'so dorky, they're cool' business cards they kept, but to keep the story the same, Lincoln WILL remember the incidents, as his mind is shaken up from dealing with the Sister Fight Protocol four to five days straight before leaving his house on Friday evening. And of course, he and his sisters still had to go to school. - The unnamed waitress who provided Lincoln $20 worth of quarters will also check up on him after he had screamed and begged for no one to physically harm him and offer hotline numbers available if he needs help dealing with his current mental health. - When Lincoln exposes his sunburn combined with a massive skin rash, several people will take pictures on their phones. This is done so that Lincoln's story is considered to eventually go viral in the later chapters.

- It will be 7:50 P.M. when Lincoln realizes his curfew is coming up, and 8 P.M. when the kids all leave Gus'. Chapter 3: A Night at Jordan's and a Day at the Park

- The time is 8:30 P.M. by the time Girl Jordan's mom returns with a bag of Lincoln's clothes, swimsuit, and other belongings. - Cristina replaces Stella joining in on Lincoln playing frisbee with Ajax, as Stella is present with Girl Jordan and the teen girls, mentioning Aunt Ruth as a no-no on places Lincoln can stay temporarily. - Clyde's house is considered for a place Lincoln can visit until his family drama is resolved. As such, Clyde's role in the overall story may be a little bigger. Chapter 4: Making Plans - The shortest chapter in the story will be extended. Lincoln will stay at Clyde's Saturday night and return to Girl Jordan's place Sunday night. As such, Clyde's dramatic entrance will be moved to this chapter and Lincoln will explain everything behind the yelling Clyde's two fathers have heard from the Loud household. Lincoln will reunite with Rusty, Liam, and Zach the following Monday in the next chapter.

- Clyde's dramatic entrance would actually be toned down to a bro hug, on par with the reunion between Finn and Poe from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. As Lincoln and Clyde had seen each other all week at school during the Sister Fight Protocol, Clyde would have only heard that Lincoln left home Friday night, and Lincoln would have texted him that he's okay.

- Lincoln fills Clyde in on everything while bunking with him, while Rusty, Liam, and Zach find out later during school lunch on Monday. Chapter 5: Lincoln's Troubled Mind

- Since Lincoln, Clyde, Rusty, Liam, and Zach would have seen each other the week during the Sister Fight Protocol, instead of Rusty, Liam, and Zach saying they hadn't seen Lincoln for days, they would be relieved that Lincoln 'escaped'. - Lincoln and his friends would enter the school building only for Lincoln to be confronted by Lucy, Lola, Lana, and Lisa, as they hadn't seen Lincoln all weekend. Lincoln's friends back him up, questioning that his sisters actually noticed that he was gone in spite of all their roughhousing. This would be when Principal Huggins appears in the hall, advising the students to get to their classes on time, although Lola would warn Lincoln that the other sisters would find out about his weekend absence eventually. This is to give more significance to Lincoln writing the line "if my sisters find me, I'm dead" during English class and to add credibility to his story when he tells Principal Huggins.

- In Shop Class, Mrs. Johnson does not give a letter grade Lincoln and Clyde for their messed-up Easter basket.

- In Art Class, Lincoln's painting may just be toned down, but still frightening. Either that or it wouldn't be shown on a comic panel directly. - During the dodgeball game, for a minute Lincoln briefly imagines Lynn Jr. preparing to assault him when Trent declares a beatdown. Also, when he trips and falls after stumbling out of the basketball bin, he ends up in a defensive fetal position much like as described in the final chapter of "A Day in the Life of the Gal Pals", when Biff Packard is threatening to beat Lincoln to death using dodgeballs. Also also, instead of Lance assuring Lincoln that none of the students planned to use him for 'target practice', he apologizes for any of the students that might have taken advantage of his terrified state just before the game began. - The scene of Lincoln and Girl Jordan in Principal Huggins' office will be toned down to avoid hostility and ensure that Huggins is more of the strict yet fair character as opposed to lashing out. Instead of Huggins threatening to give Lincoln detention during Spring Break, which doesn't make sense on the assumption that the whole week prior has to finish first and it's Monday, he simply snarls that he can't help Lincoln if he's unable to spill the beans, suggesting that he should stay after school to discuss the situation instead of the middle of the day. As such, they get to the point a little faster. - Lincoln is able to give a few details to Huggins about his troubles before Girl Jordan vouches for him, but only mentioning his sisters fighting during the previous week and the only reason it all caught up to him presently is because of the nightmare he had, which represented his fears of his sisters' dark threats if Lincoln spilled anything about his troubles. This leads to his hyperventilating, which prompts Huggins to ask Girl Jordan to tell him what she knows.

- While Lincoln and Girl Jordan tell Principal Huggins everything they know, Huggins recalls that other teachers have reported troubled behaviors from Lisa, Lana, Lola, and Lucy, who also attend Royal Woods Elementary School, meaning it didn't go unnoticed the past week. Huggins would put two and two together and come to a realization that he should have spoken to Lincoln earlier, given that even his strictness and discipline would not have gotten through to their angry demeanors. Chapter 6: A Day at Dairyland - Mostly everything in this chapter can proceed like the original fanfic with the occasional reworded script. Chapter 7: Lincoln at the Spa - When Lincoln arrives at Stella's house and meets her Nana, the talk between her and Stella does not start heated and Stella simply explains in Tagalog that Lincoln is a friend from school.

- Although never mentioned or confirmed in the series, in the original fanfic, Chaz and Dana are siblings based on fan theories and this adaptation will keep them as siblings out of respect that the original fanfic takes place in its own fanon universe. - In addition to Chaz accompanying the Gal Pals, Joey and Byron will join in as well, so Joey will be introduced early. The addition of at least two more boys will hopefully mean less confusing the story as a harem fanfic. - Joey and Byron join Chaz and Lincoln in the sauna, so they end up getting filled in on Lincoln's troubles. To add to the disappointment factor, Byron learns that Lincoln and Clyde taking his and Cici's seat was a result of bad advice by Lynn Jr., but she had apologized to Lincoln and Clyde and offered to take the hit for them at the 3 o'clock "fight". That is, if Lynn Jr. was willing to fess up for her brother, what's with her present attitude problem? - Assuming it happened in the original cartoon, Lincoln mentions to Carol, Dana, Whitney, Becky, Stella, Chaz, Joey, and Byron during their mud bath that after his football incident, his mom grounded him despite that he was being carried away on a stretcher, which would make Dana even more furious and the mud around her to boil even more. She may even get red in the face and begin holding Rita Loud in high contempt.

- Girl Jordan's lament on misjudging Lincoln will be from the episode "The Green House", where she didn't know the size of Lincoln's family, yet she warned him that he'd be an outcast if he failed, the very thing he fears so much in the Gal Pals anthology. She'll say she "was so young" as a nod to her first design in the series. This is also referenced in my own fanfic "We Were the Louds", which you can read here. Girl Jordan makes the nod in Chapter 22. - Chaz, Joey, and Byron share a hot tub separate from the girls, but they join the girls in posing for the selfies taken after Lincoln's coddling.

- Human depiction fan art of the spa ponies from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic may be used as references for some of the salon staff.

- Lincoln's new hairstyle after his spa day treatment will look similar to his hairstyle as seen in KHXhero's Hero-Quest fanon multiverse, though it eventually reverts to its normal appearance. Chapter 8: The Ace Savvy Convention

- As Lincoln got acquainted with Carol's mom at Ketcham Park in Chapter 4, his visit to Carol's house is not on short notice and only Mr. Pingrey meets Lincoln for the first time. - Having done research on corgis, the scene that introduces Carol's mean corgi is toned down, the dog being more on the defensive than offensive. Lincoln still manages to befriend him due to his own experience with Charles. Also, the corgi may just be unnamed. Based on its actual appearance as seen in "Selfie Improvement", the corgi doesn't even look mean at all, contrary to Carol claiming that he is. - The scene at Carol's place is extended in order to show how Lincoln and Carol grow closer in a sibling-like relationship. Based on Lincoln's thoughts in the previous chapter, he starts to cave in to homesickness and Carol comforts him, having his head rest on her lap and her tucking him into bed. This brings up the song "There Must Be Something More" from the 1973 animated adaptation of Charlotte's Web, but the scene will also be sort of a shout-out to a flashback scene from the 2006 Sonic the Hedgehog video game where young Elise rests her head on her father's lap, shedding a tear. You can watch the scene beginning at 1:28.

- It will be explained how Simon Sharp finds out about Lincoln's trials and tribulations so he would tell Sam in Chapter 10.

Chapter 9: Lincoln's Poetry Reading - As Cristina already believed Lincoln wasn't a creep after all in Chapter 6, instead she puts two and two together after hearing his poem and figures out on her own why Lincoln made his embarrassing video in "Making the Case" to begin with. The air between them isn't fully cleared until Chapter 2 of "A Day in the Life of the Gal Pals", though. Chapter 10: Karmic Countdown - The hostility that Fiona and Miguel give Leni is the same from the original fanfic, but Chaz would not block Leni's number and takes her call, saying he expected a call from her eventually. They talk for a bit about recent events, Chaz even mentioning the love letter he still has from Leni, and he eventually wishes for some space from her, but tries to put it to her gently. In the original fanfic, in Chapter 12, Chaz believed that Leni wouldn't take his wish well because he simply blocked her on his cell phone.

- I'm considering having Coach Keck be present to say that Lynn has been banned from all sports extracurriculars.

- As of the actual episode "A Grave Mistake", Lucy and Haiku are co-leaders of the Morticians Club and I found nothing so far that suggests Lucy was the founder, so in this adaptation, Lucy gets angered because Haiku and the others voted to have her removed. - Benny's hostility towards Luan is toned down to sadness and confusion, him barely able to make eye contact with Luan. He still uses Mrs. Apple Blossom to communicate where Luan went wrong. - Benny witnesses everything going down between Luan trying to stop the businessmen from repossessing Funny Business Inc., including her unbridled rage, poor choice of words, and resisting bank officials. - Skippy's hostility towards Lana will be changed to him being frightened of her, more so because of how angry Lana had been during the Sister Fight Protocol and at school during the week it went on.

- The call between Luna and Sam will include the flashback from Chapter 25 of "A Day in the Life of the Gal Pals", which shows Luna destroying her guitar in a fit of rage and terrifying Sam.

- Lori and Luna would have to leave the Loud household eventually before Social Services arrive, so Lisa and Lily would be the only ones picked up directly at the house. - The blood-red glow in the eyes of Rita and Lynn Sr. will only twinkle from their left eyes as a shout-out to the red eye of Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken series, as he became the penultimate DLC playable fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. https://c.tenor.com/Z5zarObKb4AAAAAC/kazuya-kazuya-mishima.gif Chapter 11: The Foot Comes Down

- The events that happen at Lynn's Table, Lynn Sr. bringing his daughters to work, will be said to take place after Spring Break begins for Royal Woods schools. The Royal Oaks School Calender of 2020-2021 has Spring Break listed to begin on a Friday, so the incident would likely happen the following day, Saturday. - The part where Lynn Jr.'s trophy was given to Amy Mathers will be omitted entirely and never happens, as there have been fanfics where trophies are given to runners-up owing to the Loud sisters' abysmal behaviors, but it never really made any sense to do so. In the Disney and Pixar movie Cars, Chick Hicks won the Piston Cup after causing Weather Strips to crash and sustain injuries, but his trophy wasn't confiscated. Everyone was like "Just take your trophy and go! That's all you're getting, you despicable cheat!" Also, Amy Mathers will be portrayed as a very pretty young girl as a test to see how far readers/viewers are willing to demonize Lynn Loud Jr. - Leni punching Lori in the face will cause a nosebleed, but her staggering backwards into the trophy case and breaking the glass will not happen.

- The Loud parents responding properly to Lucy's confession will happen in this chapter instead of Chapter 28. This is done to fix one of two notable errors, the other being Maria Santiago reacting twice to Lincoln's skin rash. - Officer Schoffner tells the Loud family that Ketcham Park is off-limits instead of just closed, putting it bluntly that until 6:30 P.M. or 7 P.M., they are banned from entering, as arranged by Mrs. Pingrey and Mayor Theresa Davis, to prevent possible hostilities between them and Lincoln. On an interesting note, Mayor Davis seems to have personal issues with Lynn Loud Jr. for roughhousing and later cheating at the annual Royal Woods Astonishing Quest. Chapter 12: Panic at the Park

- The rendezvous point will be Cristina's house instead of Jordan's, as her dad has to wheel out his old grill. - Becky and Paige will still be sisters. - Instead of saying that the park is reserved for the Gal Pals and friends, Carol will only mention that a dozen benches were reserved for the cookout lunch and the only arrangement the parents made with Mayor Davis was to keep the Loud family out should they happen to come. - Officer Schoffner offers that the Loud family's picnic can be taken elsewhere, either Tall Timber Park due to Lana's good relations with the wildlife, or Grand Venture, to which she and Mayor Davis could hand out vouchers for. - Byron and the other unnamed middle school student from "Middle Men" would be added as additional guests to balance out Fiona being there almost randomly. Another idea would be that Lincoln and Clyde made the scarf for Fiona as a way to apologize for any trouble they caused her in "Crimes of Fashion".

- As added content, Lola would initially seek revenge against Lincoln alongside Lori and Lynn Jr. due to her character, possibly just rattling the fence to make her presence known to her big brother, but in a Heel Realization by fearing that either of them could actually kill him in their blind anger, Lynn Jr. more so, she backs away. Due to the death threats, Schoffner will call in the S.W.A.T. team. - Lincoln gets into the small shed first instead of Chaz. The others who cram themselves in after Lincoln do so with the intent of hiding him further in. Chaz does not intend to hide from Leni, as he not only didn't block her cell phone number, but also witnesses her trying to stop Lynn Jr., only to have her wrist karate-chopped, so he gets into the shed to box Lincoln in along with Carol, Whitney, and Dana. - All four middle school students from "Middle Men" will tackle Lynn Jr. to save Stella instead of just Cici and Phoebe. - When Jordan is cornered at the shed by Lori and Lynn Jr., her mom will come in swinging and punch both Lori and Lynn Jr. before Ronnie Anne ambushes them with a barrage of dodgeballs. Also, Carol's corgi would assist in driving Lori and Lynn Jr. back, as corgis can be fiercely protective of their owners and recognize threats, in this case, recognizing that Lori and Lynn Jr. are threatening. Lori could get scared off by the corgi bearing fangs and barking loudly, while Lynn Jr. would be pelted by dodgeballs. Chapter 13: To the Rescue - The news reports on T.V. will be altered to be more realistic, as reporters are generally neutral and unbiased. Seeing as "Gal Pals" is meant to be more of a drama, despite occasional comedy, it seems better to just keep the reporters neutral.

- Since Maria Santiago first sees Lincoln's sunburn-turned skin rash on T.V., her reaction to it later in court will obviously be omitted. - Clyde yells at Lynn Loud Sr. for lamenting Lincoln baking with anyone else, as Lincoln had mentioned back in Chapter 3 that he and Clyde have baked together before. Obviously, Clyde refers to the snickerdoodles that the middle schoolers sampled in "Middle Men". - Instead of Leni being disappointed over Lincoln knitting with Clyde to make Fiona's scarf gift, she squeals that Lincoln put what he learned from her to good use.

- Haiku gives Lucy a laminated copy of Lincoln's poem from Chapter 9.

- It will be established that the Loud's residence is a wreck more because of the Sister Fight Protocol as opposed to being the result of the local CPS inspection. - Carol offers Lincoln the choice to return to his family, but assures that his Spring Break activities can still go on with his new friends regardless of his choice.

- Clyde, for obvious reasons, is the first to stand between Lincoln and Lynn Jr. before other kids and parents do. - The reference to Lincoln heaving Lynn Jr. into a trash barrel will be similar to how Peter Pan kicks Captain Hook across his ship deck into a cannon from the Disney 1953 film Peter Pan.

- The "guilty by association" rule might just be toned down. Only Lori, Lynn Jr., Luan, and the parents will be considered arrested while the younger sisters won't even be placed in a cell, but remain at the police station due to their ages. Much as nine of the ten sisters may have been long overdue for comeuppance regarding events of the original cartoon, which of course was the author's intention in "Gal Pals", all 10 sisters have been minors in the first four seasons, and as such, bad parenting is pretty much the ultimate cause. So the younger Loud children might not necessarily spend a night in the cooler.

- In addition, something will be added to this chapter that may surprise even The Loud House fans, though additional dialogue from the previous chapter may drop the hint. Also, a few panels may just lay out some bait or a red herring for any shippers of Lincoln and Ronnie Anne. Chapter 14: Hole in One-derland Golf Course - The park scene will be extended and show a bit of the afternoon. This will have some of the other girls and guests interact and have fun before they take notice of Carol's sisterly bonding with Lincoln, a bit of a shout-out to the ending of Kingdom Hearts III when some of the characters are playing on the shores of Destiny Islands and all suddenly turn their heads to see Sora and Kairi in the distance moments before Sora fades away. Carol and Lincoln sit under a tree with Lincoln's head resting on Carol's lap, exactly as what would be added to Chapter 8, and Carol sings "There Must Be Something More" again, only after the first lyrics, she hums in the same way Fern does with Wilbur in subsequent times she sings to him, like at Zuckerman's farm.

- Lincoln would bunk with Stella the night before the golf game to meet up with her Nana again, but with Stella sitting out, Lincoln would get a lift to the course from Ronnie Anne and Carlota.

- Phoebe would be added to the mini-golf crew alongside Kat and Cici to make it seem like the little ones of the Gal Pals were more frazzled by the picnic events.

- When Lincoln brings up his misfortune with sports, it only angers Dana, as she would be reminded that Lincoln's mother Rita didn't seem to care that her son was getting hospitalized because she grounded him for simply messing up at sports. - The group photo at the end will emphasize that Carol, Lincoln, and Ronnie Anne won the game by having them in the center with their friends off to the sides.

- A few insights of those who didn't make it to Hole-in-Onederland would be shown when Carol tells Lincoln that they were ultimately rattled by the picnic events, despite having stood up to Lori and Lynn Jr. With Cristina, her parents listen in on her crying in her bedroom, which is a shout-out to how it's described in Chapter 2 of the unfinished fan fiction "All Good Things". With Haiku, her grandfather, Gareth Matthews from "A Day in the Life of the Gal Pals" starting in Chapter 6, will make an appearance helping his granddaughter recover.

Chapter 15: Surprises and Summons

- Lincoln's younger sisters do not spend a night in the cooler, but are allowed to go home under supervision instead. The following day, the same day that Lincoln and some of the Gal Pals are playing mini-golf, they are escorted to where their parents, Lori, Lynn Jr., and Luan are held. Luan had been handcuffed and arrested due to her unprecedented actions at Funny Business Inc., including massive property damage. This is also so one of the Loud sisters outside of the cooler will be holding Lily as she squeals excitedly when Officer Schoffner starts laughing wildly over the sheer absurdity of shipping Lincoln with a girl bully. - It will be mentioned that Lori and Lynn Jr. are to remain behind as the rest of the Loud family is bailed out of the cooler.

Chapter 16: Down on the Farm - When Jordan's father passes by the living room, causing Lincoln and Girl Jordan to break out of their hug and blush, he will actually ask why they are blushing, despite that Jordan's parents have teased her and Lincoln a couple of times already. This would be a nod or shout-out to that one scene in EarthBound Beginnings, should the player answer "Yes" when Ana asks Ninten if he loves her and Teddy unintentionally interrupts them, asking why they are blushing. Chapter 17: Carlota's Bombshell - Stella would ask what Ronnie Anne means by "just know that if anyone's gonna rag on you, it's gonna be me" and Lincoln explains he'd take Ronnie Anne's friendly pranking and banter over what he's had to endure from his sisters. Chapter 18: It's Party Time! - The karaoke song that Lincoln performs to would instead be "I 2 I", credited as a Powerline song as seen and heard in A Goofy Movie. In the original fanfic, the song "It's Party Time!" hails from Hotel Transylvania 3 and is performed by Joe Jonas. I have not seen that movie, but I have seen A Goofy Movie, so this change would be one of the few based on personal preferences. There'd be the first verse, the chorus, the bridge, and the chorus again, like the original movie did.

- Stella would join Clyde, Rusty, Liam, and Zach as backup performers, as technically, Stella is part of Lincoln's circle of friends as well, namely the Action News Team.

- The Full House Gang from an alternate reality will be known as the Full Deck, another name that the superhero group is sometimes known as. Chapter 19: Night Terrors

- As Lincoln would technically already be notified that his family was let out of the cooler with a restraining order, the breaking news would instead report that Lori and Lynn Loud Jr. have developed unstable behavior, thus remaining in custody until the upcoming trial begins. - Lynn Jr.'s swear words being bleeped over will be kept in, as in the episode "Get the Message", Lincoln used swear words with Luna's guitar chords playing over his expletives. - The Devil from Lincoln's nightmare will look similar to the Devil from Cuphead: Don't Deal With The Devil. - Jordan, Carol, and Stella will be gravely concerned immediately after Lincoln wakes up from his nightmare instead of having their arms crossed firmly. Chapter 20: Visiting Dr. Lopez - Dr. Lopez will have a different appearance than how she is drawn in the fanfics "Hero-Quest" and by user Parasomnico. Also, her first name will not be mentioned. - Lincoln's uproarious laughter in Dr. Lopez's office would be toned down to a sarcastic chuckle, as a hand-drawn panel showing it would be used multiple times to save time and energy. - Dr. Lopez's hysterical laughter over the absurdity of shipping Lincoln with a girl bully will be removed entirely. Instead, she just states that in her opinion, it's insanity. And as a personal preference of mine, she will add on that it might have been forced, to which Lincoln wholeheartedly agrees. The obvious weight behind it being forced is basically Lori, who even threatened Lincoln just because he said Ronnie Anne wasn't his girlfriend, which Lincoln did bring up with Dr. Lopez. - With Carol, Becky, Dana, and Whitney sitting with Lincoln on the couch, Lincoln will not fall off the couch and instead curl into a ball position while on the couch.

Chapter 21: Dance Off

- When Whitney brings up that Lincoln and the Gal Pals are like family, Lincoln is unable to suppress himself from crying, as opposed to the original fanfic in which he stifles his emotions, but it turns into a touching, comforting moment when the reason he's crying is because he's happy.

Lincoln Loud (Duke) The Loud House Movie PNG

- Some of Lincoln's dance moves during the Dance Battle game should resemble his dance-like poses as the Duke of Loch Loud from The Loud House Movie.

Chapter 22: Lightening the Load

- Chandler realizes that Lincoln was never out to steal anyone's thunder, as what Lincoln went through were simply unfortunate circumstances that needed to be addressed. "There's a lot more to just being a cool kid than I know. You taught me that... Lincoln."

Chapter 23: Calls and Conversations

- Lincoln begins to cry after his family gives him heart-shaped gestures with their hands and sheds tears heading back to Carol's van.

Chapter 24: The Trial - Part One: Opening Statements - Some of Lincoln's Gal Pals and other friends will be present at court while others watch the trial on T.V. from home. Cristina, Paige, Chaz, Joey, Byron, and Sam and her little brother Simon will watch the trial on T.V. from their places. This is mainly a sort of shout-out to Disney Pixar's Cars, in which Sally, for reasons unknown, did not personally attend the Piston Cup rematch to see Lightning McQueen race and watched it from home at Radiator Springs. - As Judge Agatha Snapper was based on Judge Judy, the bailiff will closely resemble the appearance of Judge Judy's bailiff. - It will be established that Lisa will be elsewhere in the building long enough to dabble in law studies and gain enough knowledge to be her family's acting lawyer, but she'll first show up with the Loud family to enter the courthouse. - Because Lisa will not be present until she reveals herself to be the family's acting lawyer, she will be omitted from the part where Lincoln describes how Lynn Jr. forces her sports team members to hold in their bowels until they achieve victory.

- The following GIF from True and the Rainbow Kingdom will be used as reference for Lincoln dropping to his knees and yelling how he should be punished for ruining his family's life before falling over and sobbing: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/true-and-the-rainbow-kingdom/images/f/f3/14-True_Switcheroo-True_and_Bartleby_switched_dramatic.gif/ Chapter 25: The Trial - Part Two: Witness Testimonies - One of the "Babes in Blue" officers will lead Lincoln back into the courtroom. - Lincoln's vicious assault on the squirrel mascot costume will NOT be toned down in any way, but his swear words will be omitted. References used for drawing these scenes would be Nostalgia Critic wrecking the SNES cartridge of Bebe's Kids as seen at the end of his video game review, tacked on to what is already described in the original fanfic. - The same Babe in Blue officer who guided Lincoln back into the courtroom will pull him back and try to calm him down.

- Lincoln fiercely pointing at his family to accuse them afterwards will be identical to the evil monkey pointing from Family Guy. - When Carol holds Lincoln in her arms to calm him down, for the third time she sings "There Must Be Something More", again with the opening lyrics and humming, just like how Fern sang to Wilbur at the fair, though she keeps her voice way down so only Lincoln hears her. - After the video showcasing Luan's farm prank targeting Lincoln (the prank itself was nowhere in the original cartoon), Judge Snapper's original choice of words in the fanfic towards Luan were "You lame-brained clown!" In a later edit, she uses profanity. In this adaptation, her original choice of words will be used. - After the first recess, Luna, Lucy, and Lana will be among Lincoln's sisters to present their own testimonies. This is mainly a nod to fanfics that portray them as sisters that are closer to Lincoln. Chapter 26: The Trial - Part Three: Surprise Witnesses - The name Sarah Jelinsky is introduced by the court, so she won't introduce herself directly to the Louds apart from revealing that she's Mrs. Jelinsky's granddaughter.

- Lynn Jr. tries to remind Mr. Grouse that they are both sports fanatics, but Mr. Grouse easily dismisses her over the number of times her baseballs have broken his windows. - Rather than collect baby supplies to calm Lily down when she wakes up during Mr. Grouse's testimony, it would be mentioned that the three officers looking after Lily have some in their possession. - The foreman of the trial would bear a resemblance to Masayoshi Shido, one of the main antagonists in Persona 5.

- Carol, Dana, Becky, Whitney, and Kat return to the room with Lincoln while the Super Mart manager is giving his testimony and help look after Lily. With earbuds in, Lily is unable to hear anything at loud volumes.

- For a bit of grocery store 'humor', when the Super Mart manager tells Ms. Baldur he doesn't care for her tone, she'll respond with "I'll take a rain check." - On a personal note, I'm not sure if I should interpret Lisa's disorders/disabilities being Autism or Asperger's Syndrome as offensive, as based on Lisa's lack of ethics, it could make a bad name for people who are autistic, like me. Then again, it's been said that Lisa lacking ethics is mainly due to her age.

- The online connection used for Ronnie Anne to present her testimony from Great Lakes City will be Zoom. Chapter 27: The Trial - Part Four: Confessions and Convictions - In all likelihood, it might not be necessary to include the Casagrandes erupting in cheers over Ronnie Anne telling the court that she does like Lincoln a lot, as she seemed a bit under pressure to put it even mildly. There's also learning that she harangued Lincoln back in Chapter 13, which in all honesty would be enough to change their perspectives on shipping them. Instead, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne confess to kissing at Jean Juan's, Lincoln saying that he did so because he'd rather deal with his friends teasing him over Lori beating him to a pulp, which would convince the court that Lincoln felt forced to go out with a girl under the threat of facing physical harm. This would also add more weight to Maria Santiago seeing Lori having "a pushy and rather smug side".

- When boos echo through the courtroom after Lori pleads with Bobby to understand her side of the story, a character that resembles the Ancient Booer from The Princess Bride will join in, saying that Lori gave up her brother's love and treated it like garbage. - When Clyde reimagines Lincoln's harsh choice of words from "Get the Message", the profanity will be covered up like in the episode. - Lily playfully grabbing Carol, Dana, Becky, Whitney, and Kat happens in the main court room instead of the back room. - When Lincoln brings up the nicer side of Lynn Jr., apologizing that he never got to know the real her, he mentions that she fessed up to giving Lincoln and Clyde bad advice regarding middle school, not intending for things to go down the way they did, and was even willing to take the hit for them. Lynn Jr.'s rebuttal is them being man enough to face the middle schoolers instead of her, but not to endure the Sister Fight Protocol for days on end.

Chapter 28: The Trial - Part Five: New Evidence/Nearing the Final Stretch

- Lucy should reveal her Princess Pony poster to Lynn Jr. - Lori will be shocked and heartbroken seeing and hearing recordings of how awful she was to Lincoln regarding making things right with Ronnie Anne and over the Santiagos moving away as a shout-out to Phyllis showing playbacks of Batman from The LEGO Batman Movie. So when her parents confront her over the footage, she'll actually weep in this adaptation while the footage of the second Sister Fight Protocol plays.

- Maria Santiago's reaction to Lincoln's sunburn will be omitted, as she already saw it on the news in Chapter 13. She still explains how bad the sunburn was, though. - A heartfelt and tearful apology from Lori and Lynn Jr. to Lincoln will be added. It would make sense for the more unstable sisters who refused to see sense until the end to be hit the hardest when they do face realizations at last, which is also why Lori is brought to tears seeing herself be awful to Lincoln over Ronnie Anne. As more extra dialogue, Lori promises Lincoln that if he does get an actual girlfriend at some point, she'll be happy for him and be welcoming regardless of whom, Ronnie Anne or not, and Lynn Jr. says that Lincoln was one of the best things that happened in their family, taking back that she called him a mistake in Chapter 13. The epilogue of the fanfic states that Lynn Jr. is tormented by another middle schooler for crying in the court room and being not so tough, only for Lynn Jr. to retaliate with an Indian Burn, so this addition should cover it.

Chapter 29: The Trial - Conclusion: Final Judgment

- Principal Huggins would mention the other students he let out early for Spring Break that will need catching up on school work (Girl Jordan, Kat, and Stella), though it'd be worth noting that they are making great progress while Lincoln would need additional tutoring, likely owing to the current state of his mental health. - The elder juror will bear a resemblance to the SIU Director from Persona 5, while the 30-year-old woman will have an appearance similar to Sae Niijima, also from Persona 5.

Epilogue: A Brand New Day

- Chaz and Leni hook up again, contrary to Leni falling for another boy in both The Loud House Movie and Season 5. It's possible that a few other sisters will be seen getting back together or making up with their crushes/boyfriends such as Luan, Lori, and Lana. However, Luna and Sam do not.

- The Gal Pals crew consists of 13 people (Lincoln, Girl Jordan, Stella, Cristina, Haiku, Kat, Paige, Cici, Phoebe, Carol, Becky, Dana, and Whitney), so this will be noted when Carol makes dinner reservations at Jean Juan's. It's also worth noting that the original Loud family consists of 13 people, including Lincoln, thus making the Gal Pals an equivalent, as Lincoln considers them like a second family to him. - The last scene will play out similarly to the post-credits scene of Persona 5. Carol pushes a button on her van radio to start playing "Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There" and after Lincoln addresses the viewers for the last time, just like the Protagonist from Persona 5, Lincoln will go up through the sun roof as the van drives on and look up towards the viewers. My friend, user Applejack14 (https://www.deviantart.com/applejack14), has made some requests for anyone out there who can take some time to draw some original characters she wants to see as envisioned. The characters are heavily inspired from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, as there are six main characters with animal companions. There are also several other minor characters as well as a few major antagonists that need drawing, even if they are sketches. If anyone can help, let me know and I'll present the details. Send a PM or type a comment to my friend to find out how you can help. The Thunder 2D Game Artist

DISCLAIMER:  DO NOT ATTACK THIS USER.  JUST BLOCK AND REPORT, THE USUAL.

UPDATE:  It seems to have ended for now.  But I'll keep this journal here a bit longer just to be on the safe side.

cyborg802 started as a semi-stalker who started Favoriting some of my work.  Then all of a sudden, he posts this deviation and lets me know:

Original:
Shimameguri no Shaya by TheThunder-Art

So I gently reminded him to ask me first before doing it again.  Then he pulls a fast one on me by uploading another and flat-out telling me he did it.

He didn't even try to remove the watermark and when I scolded him, he just told me to control my anger.  He took this one down, but after giving me a fake apology, he blocked me and re-uploaded it.  So he's a thief and a coward.  And then a friend of mine told me that cyborg802 didn't stop there.  Here's another one:

He's now probably choosing work that I was unable to get any watermarks on for size reasons and stealing that next.  Now I actually got my work (or game title) copyrighted, so chances are that cyborg802 isn't going to get very far.  He claimed to me that he has autism and that his mom is helping him with his faults, but he's actually one of those people who's playing with autism as a means of saying that it excuses everything.  And as we all know, autism doesn't work that way.  This user has blocked me, so I'm unable to present any more necessary evidence and therefore I have to count on others to do it for me.  He's sneaky, dirty, rotten, low, a thief, and a coward.

I may have way more supporters of my work than actual haters and naysayers, but this entry has to be done.  It's time for me to counter every single little argument that on the Internet would be considered ridiculous.  So here we go, one by one.

1.  Children underwater drowning

You can make many arguments against this one, more than you know.  Children swimming underwater and/or drowning has been done before numerous times, some of them in family-friendly kids' movies and even Disney movies!  So to say that a person can be judged by uploading art that shows this to be mentally insane having no conscience or morality is probably even more insane than the person who did the art.  Now I will showcase some examples:

I was probably in elementary school when I saw this movie and this was back when I guess elementary schools were good with playing non-educational movies to classes such as Dennis the Menace, The Return of Jafar, and, believe it or not, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.  Finding this clip again still on YouTube fully reminded me of the premise of this scene.

"The scene in Beethoven (1992) where thanks to an irresponsible babysitter, young Emily Newton (Sarah Rose Karr) nearly drowns in a pool as the titular family dog rushes to her rescue." - oklik, YouTube user
:iconcordellbridges:

So, do you think the writers were devoid of conscience and had mental health issues to put this in?  Of course not.  And Beethoven is considered a kids' film.  Don't get me wrong, it can be uncomfortable to watch at times, but just keep in the mind that on the Internet, almost anything goes.  That means, there's likely a cult following for these kinds of themes whether we like it or not.  Drowning is no joke in real life because it means death, but in art, I feel like the artists, just like movie writers, are ultimately the ones who get to decide whether or not to kill off their characters.  Or, as a really bad joke, kill their babies.

"The scene in Gordy (1995) where wealthy boy Hanky Royce (Michael Roescher) nearly drowns in a pool as Jinnie Sue McAllister (Kristy Young) runs for help and the titular pig swims to his rescue." - oklik, YouTube user
:iconcordellbridges:

CordellBridges also presented this clip on YouTube.  So the character Emily was probably at a preschool age when she nearly drowned in Beethoven, and my OC Shaya is only 4 years old when she almost drowns and like Emily, she is saved by an animal.  Like Emily, I'm not sure exactly how old Hanky is, but probably less than 10.  But it's still the same theme of a child drowning on screen.  And just like in Beethoven, Hanky is saved by an animal.

And of course, there's the title crawl of Disney's Lilo and Stitch.  5-year-old Lilo, cute as a button, is seen swimming underwater.  I'm gonna guess that anyone who thinks minors drowning much less just swimming underwater is probably afraid of this movie's opening.  I don't know for sure and I certainly don't know if they've seen this movie as I have, or if my haters are just being hypocrites trying to talk me down.  Besides, Lilo and Stitch was rated PG, owing to a surprising number of visibly dark stuff.  Beethoven was also rated PG, but Gordy was rated G!

Definitely one of the finest examples of a child swimming underwater and coming close to drowning is 12-year-old Melody from The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea.  Say what you want about the movie itself, but some fans can agree that Melody was easily the best thing in the movie.  When Melody is unconscious and close to drowning with Flounder holding her aloft, she actually looks peaceful.  And instead of being scary, like when she started drowning, it can be kind of sad to watch.  All Melody wanted was to be a part of the sea and discover where she really belongs because she felt like she didn't fit in with her palace life, and when Morgana, whom she started to trust, turned on her and left her to die, it's like this is what she gets for meddling, yet she doesn't deserve her fitting end, at all.  So yeah, it's pretty damn sad seeing Melody looking peaceful from drowning.

But going back to animals saving children, what's easily the best example hands down is the setup for the tragic death of Farley, the sheep dog of the Patterson family in the comic strip For Better or For Worse.  When the character April Patterson was only 4 years old, she nearly drowns in a river when she goes off playing by herself, but is saved by Farley.  The dog was about 14 human years old at the time and likely due to his age, his heart did not survive the strain of the rescue.  So this had potential to cause double trauma to April as a result, but thankfully, she's way less scarred by the time she hits puberty and in the end, so I guess the incident might not exactly haunt her for the rest of her life.  But of course, the point I'm making is that child drowning has been visibly shown in media and it's not fair to go after publishers, authors, creators, and such because they're telling stories, not dabbling in and exploiting children drowning.  The comic's author, Lynn Johnston, apparently knew she would have to kill off Farley and said that these things can happen in real life, so we can't exactly shield our kids until they're 18.  By all means, we can look after them, but they have to learn to live and grow and not be sheltered.  The story arc of Farley's death was originally published in 1995 and Johnston set it up as a means of exposing the realisms of dealing with death.  And we all know For Better or For Worse is a family comic strip.

And of course, drowning has been done in anime too many times to count with many different kinds of people, which makes me wonder if my haters are able to spend so much time on the Internet if they're really uncomfortable with seeing underwater art with child characters, or, as the late Robin Williams puts it in that Patch Adams film, "I make you uncomfortable."  In that case, I'm singled out for no good reason.  And of all the millions of people online, I'm the only one who has mental problems.  Yeah, go talk to Donald Trump and then get back to me.

Now let's go over other examples of artwork online that portrays drowning to prove that I'm not the only one.

So as you can see, I'm not the odd one out.  Therefore, my haters can't possibly have me removed from the Internet because of artwork.  It's everywhere online and it's unavoidable.  If my haters really are uncomfortable with my work, then they should be uncomfortable will all the kinds of artwork that touches upon the same themes and maybe they should stay off the Internet.  And another thing.  Drowning isn't just scary, it can also be sad if done in certain ways, like in The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea with Melody.

2.  Children on adventures and in perilous situations

Oh please, this is an even more ridiculous reason than the first because this hasn't stopped films like The NeverEnding Story, Lilo and Stitch, The Land Before Time series, Big Hero 6Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, other Disney movies, TV series such as Avatar: The Last AirbenderPhineas and FerbInspector Gadget, the anime spin-off of Pokemon, CardCaptor Sakura, various anime series, and video games such as UndertalePokemon series, EarthBound, Sonic the Hedgehog series, and other examples.  In the English dub of the Pokemon anime, May introduces herself as a 10-year-old girl.  And how many adventures did she get herself into?  No one has ever really brought up the possibly of traumatizing kids for life in most of these examples because in most cases, it's not relevant to any plot.  With the OCs of TitraArts, yes, trauma is a part of his OCs' back stories and they help form who they are in present time because it's called realism.  And no one, I mean no one, can fault an artist for including realism and scar-pooling their babies, especially if the realism is necessary to writing a good story.  Bullet Rangers so far sounds shockingly realistic for a fictional story, as the settings and characters feel like part of events that can happen in real life, especially comparing it to a military experience.  It should also be noted that in real life, some U.S. soldiers with PTSD are unfortunately being neglected and cast out for their so-called "mental health" when the sad reality is that they are scarred from survival on the battlefields and need mental treatment.

This can easily be considered one of the most traumatizing scenes in family-friendly film history, the death of Artax from The NeverEnding Story.  This movie should actually be one good reason why my entire game idea of having children less than 13 embark on adventures has been done before and this film, last I checked, was not universally hated for having the warrior Atreyu be only a child.  However, there was a tragedy behind the scenes.  The horse who portrayed Artax actually died due to an elevator malfunction that was used to film the swamp scene and Atreyu's actor was in fact mentally scarred and traumatized from the accident, maybe for life.  The background music added to this scene really upped the tragedy in the movie, but it's even more tragic in real life that the production team overlooked a gift horse in the mouth.

And then there's the entirety of Spirited Away.  Enough said.

But in any case, getting children characters involved in dangerous situations much less creating children characters is not an excuse to call an artist mentally deranged or challenged, especially if sometimes they try to relate to their own experiences that may have scarred them.  So one of these days, you may or not finding me basing some of my work off of my experiences with haters, bullies, and Internet trolls.

3.  Not for children

This more or less should have to do with the audience you're trying to appeal to.  With my dream game idea, I'm aiming for a demographic of children who are entering their adolescent stages of youth, the point when they start to open up to the world around them, start thinking about it more, and contemplate on what they want to do with their lives.  In other words, I'm shooting for an E10+ ESRB rating like the Shantae games.  Oh, and if my work is considered inappropriate for children because of the possibly of scaring them into death or post-trauma?  Try watching this first:

When I was a child, believe it or not, I used to be afraid of the big bosses in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and my brother had to beat them for me.  It was either me getting sent into shock from taking hits or maybe even the background music, but I tended to run for cover.  This was ironic because movies like The Land Before Time and The Lion King didn't scare me or even make me cry no matter how many times I saw them.  Eventually, I got over it and nowadays it's just reflecting on movies and games from the past and pointing out all those moments that should have been big attention grabbers.  Kids getting scared is a reason why they watch movies and play video games.  Tapping into their emotional sides is actually more important than you know because that's how they show whether they like something or not.  If movies and games make people cry and scare them in good ways, that's a sign that your art is getting your audience emotionally invested and they'll keep coming back to replay these moments, even years later when they can say that it either touched or scarred their childhoods.  So, for better or for worse, I will be aiming my game idea at adolescent kids.  Because, keep in mind that Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, despite all its dark and edgy themes, was rated G, yet Lilo and Stitch, with a 5-year-old titular character, is rated PG.  But maybe Lilo and Stitch was back when Disney just started to consider making more of their films PG as they are nowadays.

4.  Highly suggestive clothing and exposure

In case I haven't mentioned this, the setting of my game idea takes place on an island and it has warm to hot temperatures all year long!  Of course the characters are going to be showing a lot of their skin.  And if they are "minors", wouldn't that make any of the young girls not yet at breast development?  They're still covered up, aren't they?  Gimme a break, haters.

5.  Children in their underwear

Underwear Shaya by TheThunder-Art Magis in Spandex by TheThunder-Art
Go take another look in my Gallery, entirely and thoroughly.  Do you see any other deviations of kids in their undies besides these two?!  You tell me!  And even then, it's been done before!  Go find some other sensitive twat to beat down into the ground!  ...I speak to my haters, of course. ^^;

6.  Shipping child characters

Shaya and Magis Kiss by TheThunder-Art
A counter-argument isn't even warranted because like the other points I've made, it's been done before.  Besides, how young do you think Ash and Serena were when Serena kissed Ash for the first time, even if it wasn't visible on screen?  I'm sure they were 10 years old, maybe.  And of course, Phineas and Ferb has children of opposite genders kissing, albeit possibly for comedic reasons, but last I checked, nobody got a heart attack over it.  There might have been a controversy over Russia airing the episode "Act Your Age" first, which co-creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh didn't really want, but got over it in like less than a day, but there was nothing wrong with kids kissing.  Oh, and as for the kiss between the lead child characters in the movie My Girl, even Wikipedia described it as an "innocent first kiss".

7.  RP with characters in questionable scenarios

Really?  Am I the ONLY USER ON THE FRIGGING INTERNET WHO DOES THAT?!  This is the Internet, not a Christian sanctuary!  If you can't handle it, you get off the Internet because I ain't going anywhere!  ...Again, I speak to my haters, of course. ^^;

Also, believe it or not, I do have fan art of my dream game idea and other artwork, so that's definitely a sign of good support.

So yeah, that's about all I have for now, and before I wrap this up, I want to thank all of my supporters and :iconthe-island-of-misla: group members for continuing to stick around and show that I can make this work one of these days.  But I have a few to show extra special thanks:
